The free plan remains available for users who want to evaluate the product before upgrading.
Paid purchases activate access to higher limits and advanced features. Because digital access is granted immediately, refunds are generally reviewed case by case rather than guaranteed automatically.
If a plan renews automatically, users should manage renewal settings before the billing date to avoid unwanted charges. Exceptional cases can still be reviewed through support.
If you believe you were charged more than once, or charged in error, contact support with the payment email, provider, and approximate transaction time so we can investigate quickly.
Some payment providers may apply their own dispute or refund handling rules. In those cases, Prompt Season and the provider records will both be used during review.
